Returns and Refunds Policy
General Policy Statement
La Sonrisa Cigars strives to make everyone one of our valuable customers completely satisfied with the quality and consistency of our premium cigars and products. Since every La Sonrisa cigar is hand rolled each one will not be exactly the same. Cigars are very subjective, which is one of the many reasons that cigar making is an art. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will absolutely love every smoke…although we hope that you do.
However, if you are ever not satisfied with any of our cigars, simply contact us within fifteen (15) business days after receipt of the cigars and we will instruct you how to return the un-smoked cigars to us for an exchange, credit or refund. If a box was damaged during delivery, please note the damage with the delivery carrier and notify us by email as soon as possible. We will replace the damaged goods as quickly as we can.
Before returning an item(s), please email us at CustomerService@LaSonrisaCigars.com or call Tom Hocking (602) 460-7000. We’ll need to know what item you’re returning and why, if you’d like a refund or replacement. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be given to you. It is important that you include this number in your returned item(s).
If you fail to return merchandise within the given timeframe or without the RMA#, we may deny credit.
How to Return an Item(s)
Returns are done on a cigar-by-cigar basis. You will be refunded or credited the percentage cost of the cigar they you are returning. For cigars by the box or bundle of 20 cigars or more, if you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping costs. If you try more than 1 cigar, a pro-rata credit will be applied, less shipping costs. For sampler sets, 3 and 4 box sets, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit, less shipping costs. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect the refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
